DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you won't have any problems with your purchase however if you do require a return, please see below our returns policy.
Due to hygiene reasons, jewellery, veils & hair accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
If an item is faulty upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with your reference number & photo proof of damage to discuss a refund. Item must be unused and in original packaging.
All accessories and veils are checked by us before dispatching to make sure they are perfect for you when they arrive.
All party essentials are returnable within 14 days of date of dispatch. Items will not be accepted or a refund issued if the packaging has been damaged or opened.
All return postage is the responsibility of you the customer. Once we receive the item back, we will send an email confirming receipt & refund to the payment method used on original order.
The Little White Dress Company are not responsible for delays once items are posted.
Delivery times are guidelines only.
Some items are hand made to order so please see lead times on individual items. If you require an item quicker than stated, please contact us to discuss. All items that are in stock will be dispatched within 3 working days of completed payment.
Free delivery for orders over £50.00 & £3.70 1st class signed for postage for all orders under £50.00
